Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cadrey, operated by Dwight Davis Consulting LLC ("Cadrey," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and the Cadrey service. Your business data and your customers' records are yours; we use them to run the service you signed up for, and we do not sell them.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information you provide when you sign up or contact us — your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Service content your team handles through Cadrey on your behalf — calls, messages, bookings, lead and customer records, and related communications.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We receive subscription status and billing details, not your full card number.
- Usage and device data — how the service and website are used, plus technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring pages, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve Cadrey and our website.
- To answer and follow up with your leads and customers as you configure.
- To communicate with you about your account, support, and service notices.
- To measure and improve our marketing, with your consent where required.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies in three categories: essential (required to run the site and remember your cookie choice), analytics (Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used), and marketing (Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel where enabled, and our own Cadrey chat widget). In the EU, EEA, and UK, analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them; elsewhere they are on by default and you can decline at any time. Essential cookies always stay on. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime using the "Cookie settings" link in our footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run Cadrey, and never sell it. We use trusted service providers who process data only to perform their function for us, including cloud hosting (Google Cloud), analytics and advertising partners (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, subject to your consent), our chat widget, and payment processing. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Cadrey, our users, and the public.
Bring your own model keys
Enterprise workspaces can choose to bring their own provider model keys. When that is turned on, system prompt tokens route directly against your own provider accounts, so your customer communication data stays entirely inside your own corporate boundaries.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, we process your personal data under legal bases including your consent, our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and legal obligations.
If you are a California resident or in another U.S. state with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, access, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, or to opt out of marketing cookies, use the "Cookie settings" link in our footer or email us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Cadrey may send you operational text messages such as missed-call alerts, new-message notifications, appointment confirmations, and account notices. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our SMS opt-in page, or in your Cadrey account settings under Text alerts. The consent box is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to use Cadrey or as a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterward only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can export your data and ask us to delete it.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict and audit access, and work continuously to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.
International data transfers
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
Children
Cadrey is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected here.
